Universal Records

Your health records, with or without an EHR.

Healthcare data doesn't live in one system everywhere. Some regions have modern EHRs. Others rely on paper, PDFs, or disconnected systems. Savva's Universal Records are built to work across all of it — so people can access, understand, and use their health information anywhere in the world.

Global Coverage

Two ways Universal Records work

Upload what you have

Works anywhere.

If your care system isn't connected, or you receive records outside a supported EHR, you can upload your health information directly into Savva.

Upload files or PDFs
Take photos of visit notes, labs, prescriptions, or referrals
Records stay organized in longitudinal order
Common for EHR systems that do not have electronic access for patients

This allows anyone to use Savva today, regardless of where or how they receive care.

QR Code for paper-first hospitals

Designed for regions without EHR infrastructure.

All over the world, many hospitals and clinics do not operate full EHR systems with electronic patient access. For these environments, Savva supports a patent pending QR workflow implemented directly with participating hospital systems.

Patients scan a QR code at the point of care
Physicians or staff generate digital visit records at the hospital
Data is organized into a longitudinal electronic record
Records are accessible on the patient's phone, even offline

This approach enables hospitals to create digital health records without deploying a patient portal or API access — while giving patients immediate access to their information.

Universal Records ensure that whether care is delivered through a modern EHR, a paper-based system, or something in between, patients can still build a complete, usable health history.
